Vitiligo surgery is an effective treatment option for individuals with stable, non-spreading vitiligo, helping restore natural pigmentation in areas where medical therapies alone are not enough. At Dr. Jerryl’s Cosmoryl, we use modern grafting techniques to achieve smooth, uniform, and long-lasting repigmentation.
Vitiligo surgery involves transplanting healthy melanocytes (pigment-producing cells) from a donor area to depigmented patches of skin. This procedure helps restore color in stable vitiligo and offers excellent cosmetic improvement.

Types of Vitiligo Surgery We Offer
1. Mini Punch Grafting
Tiny 1–2 mm grafts are taken from a donor site and placed on the depigmented area.
2. Suction Blister Epidermal Grafting (SBEG)
Blisters are created on the donor site using suction, and the epidermal layer is transplanted to the recipient area.
3. Split-Thickness Skin Grafting (STSG)
A thin layer of skin is harvested using a dermatome and applied to the affected area.
4. Cellular Grafting (NCES / Melanocyte-Keratinocyte Suspension)
Melanocytes are separated, processed, and applied as a cell suspension.
